GET EXCITED, the time has come for our 2021 CHRISTMAS BOX. We have become slightly famous for our boxes, and our girls just can't get enough of them. TRUST US when we say THEY ARE WORTH EVERY PENNY. The fun of it is keeping what's inside a secret. Each item is customized and perfected so we do ask for a 30/40 day lead time. KEEP IN MIND, we customize this box specifically for YOU, therefore we do not offer refunds or exchanges on these boxes. 


This box will contain a new never before seen Christmas Magnolia themed graphic long sleeve, matching bella canvas sweatshirt, correlating pajama pants, A big sherpa blanket, and 6 accessories that you will absolutely LOVE. DO US A FAVOR by helping us spread the word! Once you order, post how excited you are on social media, send our post in reference to the boxes to friends and family, or post previous boxes that you have received and loved. 

The long sleeve and sweatshirt are both unisex cut, and run true to size, we recommend sticking with your typical size for a comfortable fit. We can not change your size once your order is submitted. PLEASE DO NOT WRITE IN THE NOTES SECTION OF YOUR ORDER.

1.What comes in the box? The fun of it is keeping that a surprise, but we have disclosed there will be a bella canvas sweatshirt, a long sleeve, some type of Lounge pants possibly, a big sherpa blanket and 6 or so accessories!
2. Is there a lot of Jewelry in the Christmas box? Nope! None at all actually.
3.  Is this box for young people only? Of course not! Our main customer base is women ages 35-58! This box is fitting for all ages.
4. What size pants do I need? We have exact measurements on the listing!
5. Should I buy the box for myself or as a gift? BOTH! Treat yourself and friends / family members.
8. When will they be ready? No promises, but we are shooting for Mid November! In plenty of time for Christmas!
9. What size shirt should I order? For the sweatshirt and long sleeve we recommend sticking with your typical size, they are both unisex cut and preshrunk. We have a size chart on each listing for the pants.
10. Can i use sezzle and what is it? YES! we know these are not cheap so we are offering sezzle on them, you’ll pay 25% of the total cost to secure yourself one, and over the course of 4 payments, pay it off. Sezzle does not charge interest, and will not affect your credit score. Sezzle will require you to keep a bank card on file, and does not accept prepaid cards. They do text and email you to remind you of your payments before charging your card. This is a great way to secure yourself (and others) one.

Magnolia Mill Return Policy

It is our top priority to provide nothing but superior customer service to every single paying customer. If you are not completely in love with your order (as you should be), don't worry, we will do everything we can to make it right for you! Once you receive your package please open it immediately. If you happen to receive a defective item, or an item is missing from your order, please contact us within THREE business days. Have your order number, pictures of the defect, or item missing, as this will make the process faster for us and for you.

We offer a one time exchange. We do not offer refunds at this time. We sale top of the line, high quality products and feel certain you will love them as much as we do! For an exchange to be granted, please send your product back to Magnolia Mill within 14 days of receiving the item. USPS ask that you give them 7-9 days in transit. Exchanged items must be in new condition, free of stains, and odors, including smoke and perfumes. They must have the original tags attached, and remain unwashed and unworn.

SHOE exchange policy- shoes must be returned in the original box they were shipped in. The bottom of the shoe must be clean, and unworn. Please do not stick shipping labels directly onto the original shoe box. Please place shoe box inside of a mailing envelope upon shipping and do not tape the box closed. 

*Customers are responsible for returned shipping cost, unless the error is on us. Please keep in mind the colors of a product may vary due to the indoor/outdoor lighting, and certain computer screen settings and resolution's.

If we receive an product for exchange and it does not meet our set conditions and regulations, we can not accept the item for return. A $10 return fee should be paid by the customer to reship.

Any item purchased using a discount code, or "on sale" is FINAL sale. We do not offer refunds, exchanges, or returns on these items.
