Exchanged items must be in new condition, free of stains, and odors, including smoke and perfumes. They must have the original tags attached, and remain unwashed and unworn.

SHOE exchange policy- shoes must be returned in the original box they were shipped in. The bottom of the shoe must be clean, and unworn. Please do not stick shipping labels directly onto the original shoe box. Please place shoe box inside of a mailing envelope upon shipping and do not tape the box closed.

If we receive an product for exchange and it does not meet our set conditions and regulations, we can not accept the item for return. A $10 return fee should be paid by the customer to reship.
